I like the Evolution Running DVD better than the ChiRunning DVD. I think the Evolution Running has a lot too offer. I have been running with a metronome as per the DVD. But my running form is still more of a shuffle. I have tried to run like that show in the video, but I have a hard time using that form and still be able to hold the cadence. My HR also seems to go up, and I seem to go more vertical than during my normal fast shuffle. I really need to do all the drills more. With the Las Vegas Marathon so close, I am hesitant to try to make any major changes to my running style. I am hoping to shuffle my way to a 3:30. But following the marathon, I am going to be watching the DVD and try to do the drills more.
But yeah, I think it has been of some help to me so far.
