I took a hot bath, then napped for an hour. Then I headed off for a 2 hour karate class. When I got home, I ate dinner, and then ran 4 miles to finish off my 15 miles for the day. My feet are sore. I also started to feel a slight twinge in my groin area. Hopefully nothing serious. Now I am going to take a quick shower, and maybe make some spaghetti maranara. I am still hungry.

11 miles down. My legs are still tingly. My feet are getting more uncomfortable. I think I may go soak now, and run the other 4 miles tonight after karate class.

10 miles down. I am going to take a bathroom break, and maybe go eat a sandwich. Then maybe I will run another mile or two. My legs feel tingly at the moment. I took out the DVD I have been watching (some stupid movie named April's Shower), and put in another DVD named The Perfect Score. This movie is much more interesting.
