So much for a day off. I got home from work, drug my wife out of the house, and we walked the dog for a couple of miles at a leisurely pace. Then when we got home, I got on the treadmill, and jogged/walked 6 more miles keeping my HR around 140-151. I feel pretty good though. Then I made a nice caesar salad, and some baked salmon for dinner. Yum. I will probably go for 8 miles on the treadmill tomorrow night while trying to keep my HR below 70%.
