		<description>I thought mine was rotator cuff. But one of the guys I practice karate with is a doctor. I asked him. He rotated my arm this way and that. He said it wasn't the rotator cuff. Okay than what is it. He said the bicep was inflamed where it attaches.
I have taken it easy on the shoulder, and it is feeling better these days. I still avoid pushups though.</description>

		<description>Yeah. I have the same pain.  My left shoulder hurts when I try to raise it parallel with my body.  I can't even think about doing a push-up.  The pain increases when I work in cold environments.  I got a doctor to x-ray my shoulder and he didn't see anything wrong with my shoulder!  I'm clueless what to do.  I havn't done anything streneous to cause problems. I'm 21 years old.. i should have these pains &#62;&#60;</description>
