Yesterday was a “hard day”, so I ran 2 miles at an easy pace, then walked/jogged 3 miles for warmup keeping my heart rate above 85% (Karvonen method), then walked/jogged 1 mile for a cool down. It left me feeling tired today. I went to my Aikido class, and just felt off. So I am going to take that as a sign to rest. I was planning on doing a recovery run at less than 70% (Karvonen method). But with the way I am feeling I think I will take the day off altogther. I will workout tomorrow.
